Terms of use for Content Leafcore advisory services, governed by the laws of Thailand.

These Terms of Use govern access to content-leafcore.click and engagements with Content Leafcore for backend architecture reviews, API design advisory, and related consulting.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, fees, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and schedule (email confirmation is sufficient).
Intellectual property
Website content, templates, and our written deliverables remain our intellectual property until assigned in a signed statement. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered brief internally and with your contractors under confidentiality. You may not resell our briefs as a product.
Materials you supply remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform the engagement.
Client responsibilities
You warrant that you have rights to share materials provided for review, and that interview participants may speak about the systems in scope. You are responsible for decisions you make after receiving findings.
Advisory nature
Our work is professional opinion based on materials and interviews in scope. It is not a warranty of system availability, security certification, or regulatory approval.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Content Leafcore’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Website use
Do not misuse the site (attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, or scrape in a way that impairs availability). Content is provided as-is without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for future visits and new engagements.
