Integration Risk Briefing

A short written brief on partner APIs, webhooks, and idempotency before a launch or vendor switch.

When to commission a briefing

Before you route production traffic through a new payment partner, logistics webhook mesh, or identity provider, a short independent brief can surface retry hazards, ambiguous status codes, and missing idempotency keys.

Deliverable

A concise briefing memo (usually 4–8 pages) listing integration risks ranked by likelihood and blast radius, plus concrete questions to ask the vendor or partner engineering team.

Scope inputs

Partner API documentation, sample payloads, your proposed sequence diagrams, and any SLAs already signed. We do not negotiate contracts; we illuminate technical obligations hidden in the docs.
