About Content Leafcore
Who we are, how we approach backend architecture reviews and API advisory, and why we work from Bangkok.
Mission
Content Leafcore exists to give engineering teams a careful second reading of backend designs and API contracts before those designs become expensive habits.
Origin
The practice started in Bangkok after years of sitting in design reviews where the loudest diagram won. We wanted a quieter format: read the materials, interview the people who own the seams, and write findings that survive circulation without the author in the room.
Expertise
Our work concentrates on:
- Service and module boundaries in growing backends
- REST and event-driven API contracts
- Failure modes across queues, caches, and synchronous calls
- Migration risks when splitting or consolidating systems
We are advisors, not a staffing firm. If you need implementers full-time, we will say so and point you elsewhere.
Working approach
Reviews are bounded. We agree the decision the work must inform, the systems in scope, and the delivery date. Interviews are scheduled, not endless. Drafts go back to you for factual correction before the final brief.
Values
- Specific over stylish — findings name components, not vibes
- Disagreement is welcome — a reservation in a review is more useful than polite applause
- Client ownership — recommendations are yours to accept, adapt, or reject with a recorded rationale
Thailand base
Our office is in Bangkok. Much of the work is remote for regional and international teams; on-site days in Greater Bangkok are available when whiteboards and physical proximity help.
